One inbox, and a person reads it. Anything about an invitation, a payment, or something on this site that is wrong or unclear.

Every message is read and every message is answered, almost always the same day.

Anything at all

There is one address and it is not a ticket queue. An invitation that will not do what you want, a payment that looks wrong, a question the pages here did not answer, a sentence on this site that reads badly: all of it arrives in the same inbox.

You do not need an account to write to us and you do not need to have paid for anything.

If something is wrong, we would rather hear it

This is a small product built by people, so some of it will be wrong. A figure that does not match what you were charged, a design that breaks on your phone, a link that goes nowhere, a page that promises something the product no longer does.

Telling us is the fastest way any of that gets fixed, and it is genuinely welcome rather than a complaint to be handled. If something reads as overstated, unclear or simply untrue, say so plainly. Where you are right, the page changes.

That goes double for the pages comparing this against other services. Every price on them was read off another company page on a date printed under the table, and prices move. If a figure has changed, a feature has been added or dropped, or the comparison is unfair, write and say so, whether you are a couple who spotted it or the service being written about.

What to include

Most messages are answered in one reply when they arrive with enough to go on.

  • The address on your account, so we can find your invitation
  • The link to the invitation itself, if the message is about one
  • What you expected to happen, and what happened instead
  • The phone or computer you were using, if something looked broken
  • For a payment, the date and the reference from your receipt

A payment

A charge you did not expect, an amount that is not the one on the page, or a payment that went through without making your invitation permanent: write with the address you paid from and the link to the invitation, and we will put it right.

The refund position itself is set out in full on the refund policy page, and there is no small print under it.

Your account and what we hold

You can ask for a copy of everything we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and everything attached to it. Write from the address on the account and we will do it.

What is held in the first place, and what is deliberately never collected, is set out on the privacy policy page.

How long we take

Most messages get a reply the same day. One that arrives at the weekend may wait until Monday.

If your day is close and the invitation is not doing what it should, say so in the first line and we will look at it before anything else.
